Transition Connections Academy
Target partners with Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) to deliver Residential Living Skills instruction through the Transition Opportunities for Personal Success (TOPS) program.
TOPS is one of five programs offered in CCPS’s Transition Connections Academy.
